The story
Pointillism was made for the peacock. Sapphire, emerald, gold and turquoise dots crowd the canvas until the tail's eyes seem to open one by one around the proud blue neck.
It is a celebration of colour for its own sake — a painting that glitters differently with every change of light in the room.
